(Atlantic) Atlantic Head Volleyball Coach Michelle Blake says the first week of practice went well. Thirty-five players reported to preseason camp, including eight seniors and a solid nucleus of young players.
Coach Blake says practices have been up-tempo, and the eight seniors are pushing the team and practicing at the speed we will play. The annual inter-squad scrimmage is scheduled for Thursday, August 18, starting at 5:00 p.m. with the freshman, J.V., and Varsity.
The Trojans host the Clinic on Saturday and open the season at home on August 25 against Des Moines, Roosevelt.
