(Atlantic) On Monday, sixteen boys and 15 girls reported to Atlantic Head Cross Country Coach Dan Vargason.
Coach Vargason started the week with time trials to test their off-season conditioning.
Coach Vargason saw a lot of improvement in some of the veteran’s first-day times compared to one year ago.
The fourth runner was freshman Katrina Williams, fifth; Maria Huffman, sixth; Faith Altman and Hailey Huffman seventh. On the boy’s side.
Christian Thompson is fifth, Braden Spurr sixth, and Devon Fields seventh.
The Atlantic Cross Country Team opens the season at Glenwood on August 27.
