(Cedar Rapids, IA) — The Linn County Attorney’s office says a third person who was wounded in the April shooting at a Cedar Rapids nightclub has died.
Marvin Cox suffered a head wound at Taboo Nightclub. K-W-W-L/T-V reports he died earlier this week. Nicole Owens and Michael Valentine died the night of the shooting.
Thirty-two-year-old Timothy Rush and 29-year-old Dimione Walker face murder charges. Investigators say Rush targeted Owens who was a former girlfriend.
