Harlan Woman arrested on Drug-Related Charges

(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports two arrests on June 23 and June 25.

Police arrested 19-year-old Morgan Ann Schwery of Harlan on June 23 following a call for service. Authorities charged Schwery with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and prohibited acts. Police transported Schwery to the Shelby County Jail.

In a separate case, Harlan Police arrested 52-year-old Anthony Elwood Rikle of Harlan for domestic abuse assault. Officer transported Rikle to the Shelby County Jail.
