(Mills Co.) One person was injured in an ATV accident in Mills County on June 19th.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says 21-year-old Oscar Lupercio-Castaned was driving the ATV down Raleigh Avenue, a dirt road, when the ATV hit a rut in the road with the left front tire, causing the ATV to rollover one time. During the rollover, the passenger of the ATV was injured and was transported to Nebraska Medicine via Lifenet.
An investigation was made on scene and Lupercio-Castaned admitted to drinking, but was under the legal limit.
