(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Chad Faaborg, 47, of Exira, on June 21st on the charge of Sexual Abuse 3rd Degree.
According to the complaint and affidavit, the victim reported they had an appointment with Dr. Chad Faaborg at his practice at Simply Chiropractic in Anita. The victim reported that during the appointment, Dr. Faaborg went under their clothing, fondled them and performed a sex act without their permission.
Faaborg was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
In other activity, Jeffery Etter, 48, of Red Oak, was arrested June 20th on a Cass County warrant for Failure to Appear. Etter was transported to the Cass County Jail, booked and held until later released on his own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
