Mills County Man arrested in Montgomery County

(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested a Mills County man following a traffic stop. Officers arrested 29-year-old James Cruz, of Tabor near 3rd and Grimes Streets in Red Oak, and charged him with driving while revoked. Police transported Cruz to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $1,000.00 bond.
