(Atlantic) The Atlantic Chamber Ambassadors were hosted by Chris & Lynda Conrad, owners of Udderly Delicious, and their team on Thursday. The Ambassadors viewed some recent additions that were made to the walk-up ice cream shop.
Chris & Lynda Conrad shared that Udderly Delicious has wildly exceeded their expectations as they enter their third season on Walnut Street. They attribute that to the overwhelming support from the residents and business community. Chris shared that the couple’s main goal when starting the business was to give back to their community, and they have done just that by hosting numerous fundraisers for local organizations and families and also providing over 700 school kids with a free end of the year ice cream cone, just to name a few. The Conrads also wanted to give back to their community by being a place where families can create memories in a fun and relaxed environment.
Udderly Delicious recently added concreate pads and permanent shade shelters over their picnic tables which allow customers to enjoy their ice cream on site out of the sun. The business also added a 770-pound chainsaw carved cow that can be found next to the order window. Chris shared that the business has yet to name the cow, but in the short time the cow has been placed, customers have enjoyed taking plenty of fun selfies.
