(Clarke Co.) A Creston man died following a single vehicle accident in Clarke County Tuesday afternoon.
The Iowa State Patrol says 33-year-old Tyrell Miller was driving a 2016 Chevy Impala erratically southbound on I-35 at approximately 2:13 p.m. The Impala left the roadway to the right before re-entering and crossing over the southbound lanes and entering the east ditch where it rolled and impacted trees. The vehicle came to rest on its passenger side with Miller partially ejected.
Miller was transported to the State Medical Examiner by Clarke County EMS.
