Montgomery County Man Jailed on Criminal Mischief Charges

(Red Oak) On Sunday morning, Red Oak Police arrested 35-year-old Cody Allen Keith Tunnell for 4th-degree Criminal Mischief. The arrest is in connection with a damaged windshield. Officers detained the Red Oak man without incident, transported him to the Montgomery County Jail, and held him on a $1,000.00 bond.
