(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sherriff’s Deputies arrested two people from Mills County wanted by the U.S. Marshall’s Service.
This (Sunday) morning Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 38-year-old Garret Allen Horgdal, and 38-year-old Jannelle Marie Davis, both of Henderson, Iowa.
Davis was arrested on a valid US Marshals warrant for false statement during the purchase of firearm and sale of transfer of a firearm to a prohibited person. She was transported to Montgomery County Corrections where she was booked and held on no bond.
Horgdal was arrested on a valid US Marshals warrant for prohibited person in possession of a firearm. He was transported to Montgomery County Corrections where he was booked and held on no bond.
