(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested Eric Alan Vannausdle, 31, of Red Oak, for Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree.
The Red Oak Police Department says Vannausdle damaged a residence in the 1200 block of Circle Dr. and had no right to cause the damage. The estimated damage was $3,500.
Vannausdle was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $5,000 cash bond.
