Red Oak woman arrested on warrant for Dependent Adult Abuse, Exploitation and Theft

(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested Karen Rhea Stanbrough, 57, of Red Oak, this morning on a Page County warrant for Dependent Adult Abuse, Exploitation, and Theft 2nd Degree. Stanbrough was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and was awaiting extradition to Page County. Her bond was set at $5,000.
