(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 50-year-old Brian John Beebe of Carson for an active warrant out of Pottawattamie County for 3rd-degree theft. Police transported Beebe to the Pottawattamie County Jail and held him on a $2,000 cash bond or extradition back to the Pottawattamie County Jail.
