
(Adair Co.) Two people were arrested on drug charges in Adair County.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested Stormy Crawford, 40, of Fontanelle, following a traffic stop on May 8th for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 2nd Offense. Crawford was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
The Iowa State Patrol arrested Michael Wayne Byles, 42, of Racine, Wisconsin, following a traffic stop on May 9th for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 3rd or Subsequent Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Byles was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
In other activity, the Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rossi Byron Lundy Jr., 36, of Cedar Rapids, on May 8th for Felon in Control of Firearm. Lundy was held on $5,000 cash or surety bond.
Stephen Joshua Wilson, 32, of Des Moines, was arrested May 12th on a warrant for Disarming a Peace Officer and on a warrant for Interference with Official Acts, Harassment 3rd Degree and Assault. Wilson was held on $5,000 cash only bond.
Taycey Nichole Post, 38, of Creston, was arrested following a traffic stop on May 12th for OWI 1st Offense. Post was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
The Adair Police Department arrested Brett Alan Westfall, 33, of Adair, following a traffic stop on May 14th for OWI 2nd Offense. Westfall was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
