Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co.) Two people were arrested on drug charges in Adair County.

The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested Stormy Crawford, 40, of Fontanelle, following a traffic stop on May 8^th for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 2^nd Offense. Crawford was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

The Iowa State Patrol arrested Michael Wayne Byles, 42, of Racine, Wisconsin, following a traffic stop on May 9^th for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 3^rd or Subsequent Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Byles was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

In other activity, the Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rossi Byron Lundy Jr., 36, of Cedar Rapids, on May 8^th for Felon in Control of Firearm. Lundy was held on $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Stephen Joshua Wilson, 32, of Des Moines, was arrested May 12^th on a warrant for Disarming a Peace Officer and on a warrant for Interference with Official Acts, Harassment 3^rd Degree and Assault. Wilson was held on $5,000 cash only bond.

Taycey Nichole Post, 38, of Creston, was arrested following a traffic stop on May 12^th for OWI 1^st Offense. Post was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

The Adair Police Department arrested Brett Alan Westfall, 33, of Adair, following a traffic stop on May 14^th for OWI 2^nd Offense. Westfall was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
