Hall is a 3-star prospect according to 247sports.com which ranks him as the 13th best prospect in Iowa.
Last season he helped Harlan win a state championship while posting 777 rushing yards, 755 receiving yards, 24 offensive touchdowns, 29.5 tackles, and three interceptions.
