(Creston) Creston Police arrested two people and received a report of a theft.
On May 4, Police arrested 57-year-old James Chandler Sash of Creston at Division and Spencer. He’s charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication 1st Offense. Authorities transported Sash to the Union County Jail and released him on bond.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 18-year-old Jonathan Dean Williams of Creston at his residence. Officers charged Williams on a Union County Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st Offense. Police transported Williams to the Union County Jail and released him on a $1000 cash or surety bond.
On May 3, Hyvis Oerlyn Thatcher of Creston reported a theft from a residence at 507 W Montgomery. Thatcher says the following missing items: Three Air Horns, two Submersible Pumps, two Drones, four sets of Magnetic Flashing Lights, Brothers P Touch Machine, Milwaukee Flashlight, Dog Harnesses, Stihl Chainsaw, 1” Drive 36”, 1” Drive Ratchet, 8mm, and a 14k Yellow Gold Men’s Diamond-Cut Rope Chain Necklace. The estimated loss is $4,000.
