(Ogden) Just 17 points separated the top four boys teams at the West Central Activities Conference Track Meet on Tuesday. The ACGC Chargers topped the field with 118. Des Moines Christian (110.5), Mardid (107), and Earlham (101) were the others in contention.
The Charger boys won five events. Austin Kunkle was involved in four golds with individual wins in the 100 and 200 along with relay wins in the 4X100 and 4X200.
The Van Meter girls scored 155.5 points for the team title. Also of note in the girl’s portion of the meet was Panorama’s Jaidyn Sellers winning four individual golds. The sophomore won the 100 in 12.31, 200 in 25.76, 400 in 59.58, and High Jump at 5-02.
