Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co.) A Maine woman was arrested on drug charges in Adair County.

The Iowa State Patrol arrested Madison LM Hayward, 21, of Calais, Maine, following a traffic stop on I-80 on April 25^th. Hayward was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1^st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Psilocybin Mushrooms), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was held in the Adair County Jail on $2,300 cash or surety bond.

The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested Allen John Sample, 50, of Des Moines, following a traffic stop on I-80 on April 29^th. Sample was charged with OWI 1^st Offense. He was held in the Adair County Jail on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

The Sheriff’s Office arrested Matthew David Swanson, 32, of Orient, on April 30^th for OWI 1^st Offense. Swanson was held in the Adair County Jail on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

The Stuart Police Department arrested Robert William Fears, 49, of Fort Collins, Colorado, on April 30^th for Criminal Mischief 3^rd Degree, Trespass, and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1^st Offense. Fears was held on $4,000 cash or surety bond.

The Adair Police Department arrested Erich Sean Johnson, 38, of Casey, on April 29^th for Driving While Barred. Johnson was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
