Red Oak Police Arrest Woman on Adams County Warrant

(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department reports the arrest of 32-year-old Mildred Helenora Douglas on an Adams County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Officers transported Douglas to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office and turned her over to their custody.
