(Fairfield, IA) — A judge in Fairfield County has heard arguments to move a murder case against a 17-year-old defendant to juvenile court. Jeremy Goodale and 16-year-old Willard Miller are accused of killing their Spanish teacher last year. Nohema Graber’s body was found in a park last November. A psychologist was to testify for the defense this afternoon. A similar hearing for Miller is scheduled for May 6th. Goodale and Miller are currently charged as adults with first-degree murder.
