(Omaha) Four counties in west-central Iowa are under a Red Flag Warning today. The National Weather Service issued the Warning from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. this evening for Harrison, Monona, Woodbury, and Plymouth counties.
High winds of 25-miles per hour and low humidity at 19-percent prompted a warning. Any fires that ignite may spread rapidly and exhibit extreme fire behavior. Use extreme caution if engaging in any activities that could start a fire. Outdoor burning is not advisable.
