(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested an Omaha man on two active Montgomery County Warrants.
Deputies arrested 34-year-old Charles R. Brown III on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. at 106 W. Coolbaugh Street in Red Oak. They charged him with a Probation Violation on an original charge of assault causing bodily injury and the second charge of Child Endangerment causing Bodily Injury.
Authorities booked Brown into the Montgomery County Jail. Officers held him on a $10,000 bond for the assault causing bodily injury charge and a $5,000 bond on the child endangerment causing bodily injury charge.
