(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Early this morning, a Pottawattamie County Deputy assigned to the road patrol division observed a male subject, later identified as 47-year old Frank Hartford Kretzschmar, at the Casey’s Store at 19900 Virginia Hills Road in Council Bluffs, banned for life from the store. The Deputy arrested Kretzschmar for trespassing and refusing to vacate. The Deputy transported Kretzschmar to the Pottawattamie County Jail without incident.
The Pottawattamie County Jail Transport Officer transported 44-year old Enrique Torres from the Douglas County Department of Corrections in Omaha to the Pottawattamie County Jail in Council Bluffs on a Pottawattamie County warrant for 3rd-degree theft—all other larcenies – $750-$1,500.
A Pottawattamie County Deputy transported 30-year old Daniel Joseph Schmit from the Nebraska Reception and Treatment Center in Lincoln, Nebraska, to the Pottawattamie County Jail in Council Bluffs to address a Pottawattamie County Warrant for Violation of Probation.
