Creston Police Report

(Creston) Creston Police arrested one person for an alcohol-related offense and another individual who violated his probation.

On Thursday, Creston Police arrested 21-year old Montell Mario Rivers of Creston on two counts of violating his probation. Authorities transported Rivers to the Union County Jail and held in on a $4,000 cash-only bond.

On Thursday, in a separate incident, Police arrested 43-year old Dennis Gerald Tyler of Creston for the Public Intoxication 1st offense and driving while suspended. Officers transported Tyler to the Union County Jail on a $600 bond.
