(Page Co.) The Page County Sheriff’s arrested Kennith Alan Cline, 34, of rural Clarinda, on Saturday at the Pottawattamie County Jail on a Page County Warrant for Sex Offender – Residency Violation 2nd or Subsequent Offense. Cline was then transported to the Page County Jail where he is being held on $5,000 bond.
A charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
