(Glenwood) The Glenwood Police Department arrested Peggy Kaderka, 61, of Glenwood, this morning for OWI 1st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,300 cash or surety.
Glenwood Police also arrested Amber Pike, 34, of Council Bluffs, on Wednesday for Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
