Funeral Services for 81-year old Arden Hargens of Earling will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 18, at Fresh Encounter. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan. Burial will be at the Manning Cemetery. Arden Hargens is survived by his daughters Melodie (Duane) Boell of Manilla, IA; Jamie Hanson (Randy Berg) of Westside, IA; Julie (Mark) Smith of Durant, OK; Jill (Darin) Ferry of Portsmouth, IA; Jodi Hargens of Council Bluffs, IA; 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
