(Des Moines) The Iowa Department of Public Health’s weekly data shows 94 additional positive tests for COVID-19 in Region 4 from Wednesday, March 2 through Wednesday, March 9.
Over the past seven days, the Iowa Department of Public Health reports 52 positive tests in Pottawattamie County, two in Crawford County, seven in Harrison County, six in Mills County, four in Page County, five in Cass County, six in Shelby County, nine in Montgomery County and three in Fremont County.
IDPH also reports four additional deaths in Pottawattamie County, and one each in Crawford, Page and Cass Counties.
Listed below is the total number of positive tests per county in Region 4.
Pottawattamie- 27,613 (309 deaths)
Crawford- 4,982 (53 deaths)
Harrison- 3,820 (93 deaths)
Mills- 3,818 (42 deaths)
Page- 3,643 (46 deaths)
Cass- 3,218 (76 deaths)
Shelby- 2,922 (50 deaths)
Montgomery- 2,405 (52 deaths)
Fremont- 1,511 (24 deaths)
Audubon- 1,204 (19 deaths)
Adams- 882 (13 deaths)
In Region 1, the IDPH reports eight additional positive tests in Guthrie County, (2,582 total positive tests) (44 deaths) and five additional positive cases in Adair County, (1,803 total positive tests) (50 deaths).
