Marshall said in the past nineteen years she has seen many changes, local and federal, in motor vehicle, driver’s license, and the tax departments, including the ability to pay taxes, registrations, and driver license online. The past five years we have been working on a major project to get all the Motor Vehicle records scanned. These records are dated back to 1950’s. There is ongoing training for the office staff to ensure the best possible service to the citizens of Cass County.
