(Atlantic) The Atlantic Police report ten arrests from February 6 through February 22.
On February 6, Police arrested 19-year old Michael Gehling of Atlantic and 26-year old River Pecha-Nichols on 3rd-degree burglary, 3rd-degree theft, and Criminal Mischief. Officers transported Gehling and Pecha-Nichols to the Cass County Jail.
On February 10, Police arrested 31-year old Ashely Fuentes and 30-year old Derrick Behlers, both of Atlantic, for 3rd – degree theft. Authorities cited and released them from custody.
On February 11, Atlantic Police arrested 23-year old Maxwell Low, of Atlantic, for Operating Under the Influence 1st Offense. Officers transported Low to the Cass County Jail.
On February 16, Police arrested 41-year old Dawn Theisen of Atlantic on a Cass County Warrant for Failure to Appear. She was taken into custody and transported to Cass County Jail, booked in, and held.
On February 16, Police arrested 19-year old Maria Mullenberg of Atlantic for Operating Under the Influence 1st Offense. Authorities transported Mullenberg to the Cass County Jail.
On February 17, Atlantic Police arrested 38-year old Mark Shaver of Anderson, California, for Assault causing Bodily Injury. Authorities transported Shaver to the Cass County Jail.
On February 22, Atlantic Police arrested 23-year old Jovan Ochoa of Guymon, Oklahoma, for Possession of Controlled Substances. Officers transported Ochoa to the Cass County Jail.
On February 22, Atlantic Police arrested 34-year old Raymond Gleen of Atlantic for Operating. While Under the Influence 2nd Offense. Officers transported Gleen to the Cass County Jail.
