(Audubon) Audubon Superintendent Eric Trager spoke to the School Board Monday night about the impact of the 2.5 percent supplemental state aid for the district.
Trager said that will result in about $215,000 worth of new money for the district.
In other news, the School Board approved the Audubon Education Association as the official Bargaining Unit for Teachers and they gave their opening bargaining proposal to the Board. The Board set a special meeting for Monday morning for the Board to give their opening proposal to the Education Association.
The Board will hold the hearing for their Calendar during the regular meeting on March 21st.
The Board also approved an agreement Advantage Administrators to work on the early retirement health reimbursement agreement.
Trager also noted that they have letters of intent for an elementary counselor, a middle science teacher, a middle school English teacher and an elementary teacher.
