(Adel, IA) — A 21-year-old stabbing suspect is being held in the Dallas County Jail on a charge of attempted murder. KCCI reports a deputy found the victim lying in the street Tuesday night in Redfield. Authorities say the suspect, Tyler Scott Delaney of Adel, was still present and the deputy detained him. The victim’s name and medical condition haven’t been released. The sheriff’s office hasn’t said what led to the stabbing.
