(Milford, IA) — Authorities in Dickinson County say a man is now charged in a shooting Thursday morning that seriously injured a woman outside a Milford medical business. Court records show 25-year-old Christian Goyne-Yarns of Jackson, Minnesota is jailed without bond on one count of attempted murder. Goyne-Yarns was arrested shortly after the shooting at his workplace in Spirit Lake. The victim was taken to a local hospital and later airlifted to Sioux Falls in critical condition. Police found the woman suffering from gunshot wounds in the parking lot of GrapeTree Medical Staffing. Investigators say she identified Goyne-Yarns as the alleged shooter.
