(Rockwell City, IA) — A man is in stable condition at a Des Moines hospital after a shooting in Rockwell City. Police were called to Casey General’s Store Tuesday afternoon and found the man suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers say he was taken to the Stuart Memorial Community Hospital and later airlifted to Des Moines. The victim hasn’t been identified. The Iowa DCI is assisting local law enforcement with the investigation.
