Clarinda woman arrested for OWI

(Page Co.) The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested Sandra Kay Aparo, 77, of Clarinda, following a traffic stop at Highway 2 and I Avenue on December 19th for OWI 1st Offense. Aparo was transported to the Page County Jail where she was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
