(Carson) The downtown renovation project in the City of Carson is set to wrap up this spring.

Spiering said part of the funding was from an Iowa West Foundation grant, combined with the CDBG Grant.
Currently, work is being done on the Masonic Lodge building.
Spiering said they are finally coming to the finish line and it has been exciting to see all of the improvements to buildings.
Spiering believes they will be finished in March of 2022.
