Montgomery County Man arrested for Assault and other Charges

(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 24-year-old Skylar Lee Bingham of Red Oak on Sunday for Domestic Abuse Assault with intent to cause serious injury and Obstruction of Emergency Communications. Officers transported Bingham to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on no bond.
