(Page Co.) A Clearfield man was arrested for OWI 1st Offense in Page County.
The Page County Sheriff’s Office says on November 24, at approximately 1:20 AM, a Deputy initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction near the intersection of 140th and O Avenue approximately eight miles northwest of Clarinda. During the traffic stop, Lance Ryan Leonard, 43, of Clearfield, was arrested for O.W.I. 1st Offense. Leonard was also issued citations for Failure to obey Traffic Control Device and Open Container of Alcohol.
Leonard was transported to the Page County Sheriff’s Office where he was booked into the Page County Jail on $1,000 bond.
