Atlantic City Council approves the Sale of City-Owned Property

(Atlantic) The Atlantic City Council approved the sale of City-owned real estate at the Wednesday council meeting.

The Council approved the request following a public hearing to sell the property at 901 Birch Street to Charles Adams for $5,350.00 stipulating Adams rehabilitating the home.

Code Enforcement Officer Kris Erickson recommended the City sell the property. Adams is starting a business flipping homes, and the Planning and Zoning Commission recommends selling the property.
