Red Oak Police arrest Woman on Alcohol and Drug-Related Offense

(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 22-year old Harley Renea Strutton on Tuesday night in the 200 block of N. Broadway Street for Public Intoxication, Possession of Contraband in a Correctional Institution, and Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st offense. Authorities held Strutton on a $5,000.00 bond.
