(Lincoln, NE) Ryan Hawkins had 15 points and 10 rebounds in a Creighton victory on Tuesday. The Bluejays beat Nebraska on the road 77-69.
The Atlantic native knocked down three shots beyond the arc and added five assists, two blocks, and one steal. A Hawkins 3-pointer with less than two minutes to play stretched the lead to double figures. Freshman Nembhard led 3-0 Creighton with 22 points.
The next action for the Jays will come on Friday against Brown.
