-Won the 1650 Freestyle at the University of Nebraska-Kearny FallFest. Placed 3rd in the 50 Freestyle and swam on the 3rd place 400 FreeStyle Relay.

-Went 0-2 at 133 points in the Simpson College Luther Hill Invite

-149 pound runner-up at the Simpson College Luther Hill Invite.

-Dakota State lost 33-7 to Valley City State. McDermott caught three passes for seven yards, ran once for four yards, and returned one punt for five yards.

-Northwestern downed Cardinal Stritch 100-56 on Saturday. Alexander had five point and four rebounds in 14 minutes played.
