Lions Club Pancake Supper proceeds to go toward inclusive playground equipment

(Atlantic) Proceeds from the Lions Club Pancake Supper in Atlantic will go toward inclusive playground equipment.

Atlantic Parks and Recreation Director Bryant Rasmussen….

Rasmussen said there is definitely a need to have inclusive playground equipment so everyone can have the opportunity to enjoy going down a slide or swinging on a swing.

The pancake supper will be held November 8^th from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m.

Rasmussen also spoke about the Tour de Parks bike ride coming up this Saturday, October 23^rd beginning at 9:00 a.m. at Sunnyside Park.

There will be local organizations along the route showcasing many upcoming events.
