(Cass Co.) Jotham Arber, Director of the Environmental Health Department for Cass County, spoke to the Supervisors Tuesday about a 28E Agreement between Cass County and the Iowa DNR.
Arber said the DNR is busy revamping their 28E Agreements for the Grants to Counties program.
Arber said the 28E Agreement is basically a reiteration of what they have been doing for the past 20 years or so and it doesn’t really change a whole lot, it just adds some new language and puts it on a five year cycle.
The Supervisors will put the 28E Agreement on next week’s agenda for approval so they have time to review the agreement.
