(Adair Co.) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested two men on warrants.
Scott William Richard Funke, 45, of Grimes, was arrested August 18th on two warrants for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.
Zachery Taylor Stream, 32, of Des Moines, was arrested August 20th on a Marion County warrant. Stream was held until the Marion County Sheriff’s Office picked him up.
The Stuart Police Department arrested James Dean Michelson, 28, of Creston, on August 15th for Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.
Stuart Police also arrested Christa Jeane Swalley, 41, of Denver, Colorado, on August 16th for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Swalley also had a warrant out of Colorado. The Drug Paraphernalia charge was dismissed, as well as the hold on the Colorado arrest warrant due to Colorado deciding they did not want to extradite her.
Stuart Police cited Mark David Osberg, 43, of Stuart, on August 20th for OWI 1st Offense. Osberg was released by the Stuart Police Department.
Stuart Police cited Sarah Michelle Llamas, 39, of Wonder Lake, Illinois, on August 21st for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Llamas was released from the location of the traffic stop.
