(Clarinda) The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested 57-year old James Vincent White on Saturday for Public Intoxication. Authorities say White’s arrest stemmed from a disturbance at a business where the Sheriff’s Deputies assisted the Clarinda Police Department. Officers transported White to the Page County Jail and held him on a $300.00 bond.
