(Guthrie Co.) The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors approved a 28E Agreement with Audubon County for Public Health services at their meeting this morning.
As of July 1st, there were no longer any remaining employees of the Audubon County Public Health Department and Guthrie County Public Health is stepping up to help provide those services.
Guthrie County Health Services Director Jotham Arber presented the Supervisors with an updated agreement with the indemnity clause.
Arber said the agreement covers from July to December.
Arber said there are two separate funding streams they will be receiving from Audubon County.
Arber told the Supervisors that everything he has been doing for Audubon County so far has been working out well.
The 28E will become official when Audubon County and the Board of Health sign the agreement.
