Shenandoah man arrested on a warrant for unauthorized use of a credit card

(Page Co.) The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested Thayne Alvin Kinnison, 54, of Shenandoah on Friday on a Page County Warrant for unauthorized use of a credit card. Kinnison was transported to the Page County Jail where he was held on $2,000 bond pending further court proceedings.
