(Adair Co.) Three people were arrested for Operating While Intoxicated in Adair County.
The Iowa State Patrol arrested Rogelio Olivera Martinez, 28, of Creston, on July 4th for OWI 1st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.
Bryce Nathan Jarrett, 48, of Des Moines, was arrested July 4th for OWI 2nd Offense. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
Isidro Ayala Cordero, 40, of Adair, was arrested July 5th for OWI 2nd Offense. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
In other activity, the Greenfield Police Department arrested Tolik Kane Bartz, 20, of Peru, Iowa, on July 4th for Interference with Official Acts, Public Intoxication, False ID of Law/Public Service Officer and Possession of Alcohol under Legal Age. Bond was set at $300 cash or surety.
James Robert Lyman, 34, of Greenfield, was arrested July 7th for Driving While Barred and Interference with Official Acts. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested Wade Dwight Hiatt, 23, of Lorimor, on July 5th for Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
Nicolas Andrade Carnet, 32, of Marshalltown, was arrested July 5th for Violation of Probation. He was held on no bond.
